What is a fanzine?
A fanzine is an unofficial collection of fanworks including fanart, fanfiction and others based on a preexisting work. My King, My Savior is based on Alien Stage, an anime style series of music videos on YouTube produced by VIVINOS.What is the theme of this zine?
Aside from Ivanluka/Lukaivan, there is no theme! Royal/kingdom is only the theme we chose to keep things cohesive in our promotions, and the zine contents do not need to follow this theme.What is the rating of this zine?
The SFW zine will be safe for general audiences. The NSFW zine will be R18+ and will allow dead dove/problematic content except underage/pedophilia.Is there an age limit for contributors and moderators?
Due to the aforementioned NSFW content being created inside the server, all contributors and moderators must be at least 18 years of age.Can other characters and/or other ships be included?
All contributors are welcome to include any relevant characters and relationships in their work, as long as Ivan and Luka’s relationship is the main focus of the piece.Are both Ivan/Luka and Luka/Ivan allowed?
Yes, both dynamics are accepted and will be tagged accordingly in the zine!Will there be guest creators?
No. Except for the mods, all contributors will sign-up. If there’s someone who comes to mind when you think “Ivanluka” or “Lukaivan”, send them the sign-up when it opens!Do you need prior zine experience to apply?
No, zine experience is not necessary and will not affect your application.Can a contributor apply for more than one role?
Yes, they can.Can a contributor create multiple pieces?
Yes, a contributor can create multiple pieces for the same and/or for different zines (SFW and NSFW).Will there be guests?
Yes, we will be personally inviting guests to our projectCan a contributor collaborate with another participant?
Yes, you can!Can a contributor post WIPs or stream their piece?
We’d like the final zine to be a surprise, so please don't share WIPs of your work outside the zine server! As we get closer to zine release, we will provide preview templates so you can share previews of your work.Can a contributor post or sell their finished piece?
Yes, your work is your own and you own all rights to it. You can both post and sell your finished pieces once the zine is published. Before then, we ask that you keep it secret so the final zine is a surprise!How will contributors be compensated?
All contributors are guaranteed a PDF copy of the zine and all digital merch.Other inquiries can be directed to our socials. This FAQ will be updated accordingly.
